Production of ÍTACA in a sustainable and digital transformation environment.

Cities around the world are challenged to adapt responsibly of growing populations and be more sustainable, as well as more digital.
The products and solutions offered by our client are adapted to the needs of the users through technology and digitalization, with the purpose of producing without generating emissions for the planet.

ROVENSA.

BALANCED AGRICULTURE, INNOVATION, SUSTAINABILITY AND ADDED VALUE.

Agricultural company – Madrid.

 

This project has been created and produced by ÍTACA to present Rovensa to the international management team and employees in Spain. An event where content, audiovisual impact, unique locations and exclusive experiences have contributed to the success of this event.

Rovensa is already a reality. The launch of the new group took place in three spaces, the place chosen for the presentation to managers was the Hilton Aeropuerto hotel, then we carried out a team building activity and, the presentation to employees and final party was held at the Wanda Metropolitano of Madrid with More than 400 participants from 20 countries and five continents. Rovensa is presented to the market with an elegant image and under the slogan ‘Balanced Agriculture’.

During the presentation event, the Rovensa Steering Committee showed the uniqueness of the Group and the importance of its history and culture in achieving its ambitious and noble mission. The new visual identity of this large group that is already present in more than 70 countries was also revealed.

From ÍTACA we are proud to have added value and accompanied Rovensa in this new project.

Plan B. a successful case

Last November, ÍTACA developed a national reference action in the energy sector, in a context of innovation and sustainability. Despite careful project planning, coordinated with regular partners and following rigorous processes, an external impact, at 12 noon. the day before the event, prevent audiovisual assembly and installation, decoration and use of the contents made. With just an hour to make decisions and carry out a new configuration of the event in terms of its physical and digital content, we managed not only to provide the service optimally, but also exceed the expectations of the first proposal. The success of an event in these circumstances can only be achieved by working with professional teams, with experience and resilience, very flexible and capable of immediate reaction. A Plan B without additional costs for the client that achieve the best satisfaction rate.

ISO9001 Certificate Renewal

We have renewed the ISO9001 Quality Certificate, this confirms that the management system has been audited and complies with Bureau Veritas Certification standards in order to continue improving customer oriented.

Signing agreement with Nebrija University

ÍTACA and the Nebrija University've signed a collaboration agreement to carry out curricular practices in the performance of their activity.

Improvement of contractual documentation

ÍTACA improves its contractual documentation in the framework of customer-oriented quality, providing greater security and confidence, adding to the Service Acceptance Agreement, the Briefing as an order document and a Confidentiality Commitment.
